VegOil Conversions
At DieselGreen Fuels, we can convert your diesel vehicle to run on vegetable oil. Rather than converting the vegetable oil chemically into biodiesel, we install a heated auxiliary fuel tank to hold the VegOil. As the car heats up, the increased engine temperature is used to heat the oil. Once the oil gets up to operating temp, the system automatically switches to run on VegOil. Most diesel vehicles can be converted.
Emissions from using VegOil as a fuel are on par withbiodiesel, and much better than petroleum diesel.
We start with the industry leading kit by Greasecar then we replace all the fuel lines with biodiesel-rated viton hoses by Dayco
add a 16 plate flat plate heat exchanger
a VegTherm electric heater (made by Plant Drive) 
and control the system with the top of the line VO Control automated controller
The complete kit for most Mercedes and Volkswagens cars is $3000 including parts and labor, free first tank of oil, and one year warranty. Bigger vehicles, such as trucks or SUVs are generally $500 to $1000 more (but pay for themselves even faster due to low fuel efficiency). With this kit, you will drive just like you drive today, not worry about your oil coming up to temperature or if you're running low, won't have to dedicate a lot of room for a gauge pod, will use less diesel/biodiesel and more VegOil than basic systems, and will have a positive impact on emissions. If you choose to sell the vehicle, the kit can be easily removed. Core engine components are not modified, and the kit can be reinstalled on the next vehicle.
